Sikh Sports Association USA, a non-profit organization, is proud to host major tournaments every years in bay area, beside that SSa provide help address the challenges faced by people from various countries who migrate and settle in USA/abroad to pursue their dreams in sports. SSA adopt the following players and helped them to achieve the goal.

Budding Thrower – Kamalpreet Singh Padda:

Kamalpreet Singh Padda (21) is a star thrower at the University of Oklahoma. His home town is Clovis, just in
the outskirts of the city of Fresno, California. He is son of Rashpal Singh and Sukhpal Kaur. He attended the Clovis High School where he was a top thrower.
Some of Padda’s achievements:
• Nor Cal champion in hammer and discus in 2007
• California State champion in hammer in 2007
• Nor Cal champion in hammer and discus in 2008
• California State champion in hammer and Discus in 2008
• Oklahoma Program Record Holder -- Indoor Weight Throw (67-2.75/20.49)
• 2009 All-Big 12 Indoor Conference (Weight Throw)
• 2008 California Junior College Hammer Throw Champion
• 2008 California Junior College Discus Champion
• 2009: (Indoor) Broke the Oklahoma program record in the weight throw with an NCAA provisional qualifying toss
of 65-7.00 (19.99).

Lovedeep Singh - A Rising Tennis Star:

Lovedeep Singh (15) from Sacramento, California is a No. 4 player in California in his age group. He is a 10th grade student. His father Balbir Singh was a renowned field hockey player in Panjab. Lovedeep Singh was the US TA National Champion under 10 in 2004. He was the Western States Champion and Wilson Champion under 14 in 2006. He has also won Western States Championship under 16 in 2009. Lovedeep Singh is getting ready for the National Championship in Florida this year. Sikh Sports Association of USA is a proud sponsor of Lovedeep Singh. We are very proud of his achievements.
